best food for some one who is suffering from acid reflux?

   avoid anything spicy, avoid alcohol and caffeine

   a bland diet is best, plain foods without a lot of seasoning.

   over the counter prilosec works good, or else just plain old tums

   Alkaline foods are best. Here’s a list of them (plus a list of acid foods that you should reduce consumption of if you wanna sort out acid reflux)
