How can i get a killer flat stomach?
I want get flat stomach within this summer…My college will get open end of this august and i don’t want to be laughing stock in my class..

drink tons of water, eat plenty of pasta, don’t eat fried foods, and cut down on salty foods.
Starve yourself. Stay away from beer or alcohol, and do sit ups until you can’t stand it. Good luck!
I know! Just do a lot of sit ups and suck in your stomach a lot! The second part sounds weird but for me atleast it really helps to make me more toned. Good luck!

You shouldn’t really worry about your appearance but since this is yahoo! Answers, I will answer:
Running is really good, but pace yourself. Like one day run 1/3 or a mile then 1/2 Then 1 mile and so on keep extending your goals and you will get skinnier, oh and try not to eat fattening foods, sure you can eat normally, but try to increase your stamina in running, drink lots of water, maybe you could sign up at the gym and go 4 times a week?? Your choice.
for me i have high metabolism so maybe thats why i have a flat stomach.
do sit ups . and crunches and sometimes when i brush my teeth and im bored i just move my hips like how you would when you hula hoop.
basically just move your abdomen muscles and your waist a lot ,
