How can i get abs/flat tight stomach by septemeber 9th?
Okay so I want a really nice stomach before school starts, i have a little bit of fat on my stomach right now, but i’m trying to burn it of with using the elliptical for about 25 min, 4-5 times a week. i really want like a really nice toned body (i’m a teenage girl). please help! thank you so much in advance !

I think that you should restrict to 1200 calories a day and do some sit ups or swimming, hope this helps.
I use the routines from http://www.simpleabs.com. They have easy exercises that gave me abs in 3 weeks!!! Their routines change every 6 weeks!!! They also have up to the minute news feeds on dieting and general health topics which i find useful.
I suggest you do toning exercises [situps] for example to tone your belly. Also, to lose weight while toning it, I suggest you eat a salad like 30 minutes before doing a tone exercise so it can work faster.

that is a good start but as a woman you will naturally carry a bit more fat. We cant help it, it’s just the way we are built. For all my patients I suggest the only safe alternative besides a lower fat diet. It’s Hoodia and works with your body not against it and is safe for us women.
