how can u get a flat stomach in two month's or less?
Ok, school is starting in two month’s and ive been eating like crazy. I have been starting to watch what I eat and how much of it, and exercising, but what else is there to a flat stomach?

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

Well its possible, but your diet needs to be SPOT ON, NO! Doing 100 crunches a day will not flatten anything if your nutritional plan isn’t in check. I lost most of my tummy in only 3 weeks,,, get one of those pilate balls and put your heels in towards eachother on it and do crunches… i did this 2ce a day only 20 times each. good luck. if you dont have a pilates ball use something that is as tall as your knees when standing.

crunches and sit ups will NOT help you get a flat stomach. they only tone the muscle underneath the fat. you could have a six pack but it won’t show unless you get rid of the fat first.
work on cardio. run, jump rope, swim…anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up will help you burn fat. swimming is good choice because not only does it burn calories, it also helps tone many muscles in the body, including the core (which is your abs).
just make sure you eat healthy and eat until you’re full. there’s nothing wrong with eating until you’re filled, so long as it’s healthy. fruits, veggies, whole wheat, fish, and milk. if you start exercising more, make sure to get enough protein to build those muscles. don’t just exercise one part of the body though, you need to exercise it all.
i hope that helps, just don’t go crazy and try to starve yourself or workout to death or worse, both together. it takes some time, but you should at least start to feel better mentally and physically the more you eat healthier and work out.
