im a 5′ 7 guy, how much should I weigh to get a flat stomach?
Im 5′ 7 and I currently weight 165… im not fat but I do have some fat in my lower abs… what should I weigh to have a flat stomach… I work out a lot with running and bycycling and lifting weights and doing abs… so I can lose the weight but I just wanted to know at what weight ill be able to achieve a flat stomach or toned … thank u

Has nothing to do with your weight.
If you do the correct exercises that focus on your abs, you will get results.
Your wight seems to be ok. Have regular workout
i also weigh 165 but i am 5′10 u should weigh at least 145-150 unless ur muscle 150-160
