I see alot of those colon cleanse systems at the vitamin store and was wondering which is the best and most effective. Is it a good idea to use a colon cleanse before I start a diet? What are the benefits?

I want to do a colon cleanse but I don’t know how. Has anyone ever done it before? And what do I have to buy, eat, drink, and do? Will it hurt? I want to know everything about it so I can do it right. Can anyone give me all the facts?

What is the best over the counter colon cleanse?

I’m starting to wonder if I should buy a colon cleanse product or should I just continue to eat Fiber One cereal?

I am wanting to do a natural (no bought product) colon cleanse. What do I need to do? ie, ingredients, how long, etc.

Also, ways to remove toxins? Various tips are appreciated!

Is it true prune juice is a more effective way of cleaning out he colon vs buying those suspect products on the internet?

I’m trying to convince my mother to cleanse her colon because of how important it is to get rid of all the nasty toxins but she was never a true believer of buying anything from the internet and is very old fashioned so if anybody knows any foods or over-the-counter pills that may have a similar effect and help get rid of nasty toxins please answer it would be greatly appreciated.

I heard you could have years of undigested stuff in your colon that sticks to the walls and prevents you from absorbing nutrients in the foods you eat now.

I had a colonoscopy which looked in the colon and the dr said it rules out Crohn’s disease, now a medical student has told me that i could still have Crohn’s because it could be in the small bowel which the colonoscopy didn’t look at. Is that true? Has Crohn’s disease been 100% ruled out?

I have been thinking about buying a colon cleanse product because it says I will feel better and have more energy, has anyone tried this stuff, and what happened?

I’m looking to cleanse my colon and remove toxins from my body, and I’ve done some research and some pills seem to work, but I dont know which to buy. Any pills I can buy at the vitamin shop that can help me with this? I always feel bloated, I’ve lost 40 lbs since the summer but I still have a lower gut and I want to do this before I start working out again.

I have trouble going to the toilet and my doctor has told me to go to Holland & Barrett and get a Colon Cleanse Tablet, but i dont know what one is best, she also told me to try Acai Berry Tablets to help with the bloating, any advice?

Thanks x

Is there a difference other than the time frame involved? This is what I mean, when someone needs to get their colon checked for cancer or polyps or whatever at the doctor’s office, they have to drink this nasty liquid stuff the day before that totally cleans your system out.

Then there is the stuff you can buy over the counter or online. Something like this is what I am referring to….

Why does one take so much longer than the other… is one more effective?

What other factors should someone who is thinking about doing this take into consideration? I have heard of hydro cleansing but that is not an option due to the high cost. So that is why I am not inquiring about that now.

Anyone have any first hand experience with either one of these, even both would be better. Thanks a lot everyone.

I want 2 diet so I am lookn 4 a colon cleanse such as Bromalite Colon Cleanse n sum thing 2 fight fat such as Acaiberry Detox

My friend has Crohn’s disease, it has evolved rapidly. He now has ulcers in his mouth, severe bloody diarrhea, extreme abdominal pain and there are many ulcers in his colon along with an extremely inflamed small intestine.

The doctors said they will have to remove his colon and have a colostomy bag. He is only 29 and feels this will ruin his life and has refused to have it removed.

My question is, if he doesn’t have his colon removed what will happen? Will the pain just carry on or will something even more serious happen?
