I’m wondering what exercises are good for toning my tummy? How long does it take for yoga and pilates to give you a flat stomach? (if you only have a slight tummy). And are there other exercises that work too? Thanks!

My legs are not fat at all, it’s just muscle. But, the muscle makes my thighs and calfs (spelling?) huge. How can I make my calfs and thighs thinner?

My stomach isn’t fat either. I just have a gut. I can just bend over a little and you can definitely see I have a gut. How can I make my stomach flatter?

Im 13 and first of all im not fat im right weight for my age but because i will admit i don’t exercise like i should my belly isn’t flat. I mean it doesn’t stick out through my top and make me look fat but i worry like when i wear a bikini and things like that.
So how do you keep a nice flat stomach like those girls who model for like clothes companies like Next etc.
I don’t want to lose weight because i’m perfect weight (im 7stone and 4 pounds please tell me if this is right weight.)
Do you have to exercise your stomach muscles to stay flat like they do and if so what types of exercises should i do?
If theres anything else please tell me.

I’ve had IBS for three years now & it has dramatically changed my life as you can imagine in the one of the most negative ways. I’ve gone to the doctor constantly & have been trying all these laxatives fibers diet exercises counseling yet nothing seems to help. any advice?
