I have irritable bowel syndrome and am suffering with it a lot at the moment - couldn’t sleep last night due to feeling too full, sick and stomach pains - I now don’t feel like eating anything as I don’t know what will aggravate it.
Can someone recommend some foods to avoid and foods that will be easy to digest? I already drink peppermint tea after every meal which seems to help a little bit.
Many thanks in advance
I espcially need help with the bloating pain.. Is peppermint tea any good?
Thanks
I was only saying the other day I’ve been lucky not to have any digestive issues at all this pregnancy - that’ll teach me!
36 weeks and counting #1
(I’ve already tried Rennie Chews and peppermint tea, the tea was better but neither great!)
Why do night shifts affect your digestion so much? I find that if I forget to drink peppermint tea at work I get terrible bloating and wind and pain.
